More bang for your buck! High quality units with the lowest prices in town!!!!! Owner is a very kind hardworking honest man. Very understanding and flexible. On top of running another business, at the end of the workday he can oftentimes be found out in the storage yard working hard to finish concreting the yard before snowfall; Working hard to get new units built. After talking with him here and there I learned he actually built all of the storage units himself. Pretty impressive if you ask me! 5 stars forsure! Safe, clean dry units, the doors on the units are easy to roll open and close, the gate is password protected, yard is well lit and maintained, 24 hour access, and tons of piece of mind!

I'm the 72 yr old woman who cannot get my 60 dollar security deposit back. The check was lost in the mail and the owner said that because i gave him a wrong address for the refund, i might have transposed a number, he says the post office is responsible for the stop payment fee of 36 dollars or i have to pay the fee. The bank even said he is responsible for the fee to reissue the 60 dollar refund. I have begged him to refund my deposit. I ev e n went to the bank and the manager said for me to tell the owner to come to see him and he'll see what he can do about the fee. But the owner refuses. I feel that he actually stole my 60$ it has now been 3 1/2 months since the original check was lost. I don't understand. He als o builds houses as another profession. Will i ever receive my refund?

Owner says he sent my mother a deposit refund check but we never recieved it. Charged her 36 dollars to stop payment even though it was not her fault. Owner does not listen to reason on how this is his responsibility and not my mothers fault. Very poor business ethics on owner part.nnUpdate owner still refuses to refund money or answer calls from my mother who he stole 60 dollar deposit from. If he ever did issue refund check which i doubt it has been over 90 days since he issued it and could issue another without fear of it being cashed. He lied about me cussing him out when i contacted him about the money he owes my mother and will not listen to reason. Avoid at all cost.
