Crust under cooked on a couple of occasions...thought we'd try again asking in the note section for a well done crust. That didn't help.. Still received a doughy under cooked pizza. Won't be back for quite a while.
Delivery time said 30 minutes, just called to get status update because it's 15 minutes past what I was told and the guy was extremely rude for me even asking. I was not even close to rude to him, I just wanted to know what was up so I could figure out what to tell my kids as far as what time dinner is going to be. I won't be ordering from here again. Sorry you guys are short-handed, but please remember that you need customers in order to make money.
The pizza and breadsticks were cooked perfectly. And was still hot when delivered. The delivery driver was very polite and friendly.
No one answered the phone to deliver my curbside, I was on hold for multiple minutes and no one ever came answered the phone, I had to get out the car and when I got into the restaurant no one was present to tend to me I rung the bell and was told “I’ll be up in just a minute,” after about 10 minutes no one had come up yet so I rung the bell again and was finally serviced.
The app is easy to use. The service was fast and the delivery man was very nice and friendly.
