Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff. Everything was easy to find and the prices were competitive.
The sales lady was very rude, i was returning a tool from April, i understand the 90 day policy, and can only get store credit, but her attitude was very abrasive. I have been a customer for a long time, and have never been to a store where the employees are so rude. Not properly wearing masks either, photos to prove.
All the staff is very helpful and know a lot about vehicles!
The last two times I've been there, the employees were extremely helpful with giving me advice on how to fix my mini-van. They suggested places and parts that would suit my car and budget.
My name is Kathy Davis my father 86 years old went in for help with wiper blades he's always been a do it yourself kinda person but needed help a man by the name of Paul Poe help my father get what he needed and went outside in rain wind and cold weather and helped my father put them on and my dad said he even got to help a little bit and it made him feel good so Mr Paul Poe I want to thank you for the time and compassion with my father you are.
