We purchased a hay mower and a Tedder they said the deal had to be done be 31st to receive pricing. The salesman drove up on Saturday had us sign paperwork took our money. Was supposed to have Tedder at farm first thing Monday morning due to having hay down. After multiple calls the Tedder showed up at 530 pm. Then they bring mower on Wednesday with the gearbox installed wrong and mower spins backwards. Called them they send up a mechanic who climbs all over the brand new mower scratches it up. They get gearbox figured out we go to use and you can’t get rolls close enough to crimp the hay. They then come get the mower to fix this issue have it for 22 days and can’t put a 2 point hitch on it to make us happy customers. Probably be our last purchase
I needed a couple things for my tractor and these guys were able to help get me exactly what I needed. Called them and told them what I needed and they found it and cheaper that anywhere else I seen. Highly recommend business and staffed with some great guys.
