Usually I do not have a problem with Pizza Hut, but for my most recent order the pizza that was delivered was cold. Not warm but actually cold to the touch. We ended up having to place the pizza in the microwave. We ate a piece each and threw the rest out. This was a first as far as bad experiences with Pizza Hut and quite disappointing. The tracker indicating that the pizza was on the way and I live about 10 minutes away. The pizza didnt arrive until about 30-40 minutes after the tracker advised it was on its way. Again, very disappointing experience.

This was the worst pizza and experience I have ever had at this pizza hut. To start with the app told me the pizza was ready but when I got there I had to wait an additional 15 min. When I got the pizza home (it was 2 large hand tossed 2 topping pizzas). One was pepperoni and bacon and there was hardly any bacon on it. The 2nd was onion and mushroom, and it had NO mushrooms. To top it off, the pizza was so very thin that store bought pizza looked better than this. The packets of parmesan that they gave me were all expired since October. When calling back to discuss the issue, it took over a half hour to get an employee on the phone. Very bad experience and I was very disappointed!

I ordered curbside and still had to go inside because no one came out and no one would answer the phone!

Have ordered from here a few times and normally it’s fine but tried to order at 9pm and no one answered the phones so I drove by and they had closed at least an hour early.

First off, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this location. I have ordered here more than a dozen times and I always get great care. I appreciate the service of the employees!! Get the chicken wings here!
