Twice now I have ordered delivery from this location and both times it has taken over an hour to get my food! I live less than 5 minutes away! Not freaky fast! Not happy! I will find another store to order my food from, from now on!
Poor management. 1 delivery guy for the holiday weekend. Online order confirmed at 12:55pm. Food delivered at 1:50pm. Manager just says sorry. Love Jimmy Johns but will just be driving to another location. Staff is great. Just poor management.
Had an extra tip added to my card but i called and the excellent manager helped me out and fixed the issue Thank you. My food was so good also lol
