This was my first time here. Both gentlemen that answered the phone were pleasant to talk to. All of their staff were helpful and polite including whom I'm assuming to be the owner John.nEven though they could not fix my vehicle in the typical sense, they went above and beyond to give me options on how to proceed. They were very thorough giving me an unbiased opinion and let me decide for my future in my vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for my auto needs.

I am disappointed with my service experience. I brought a van in for a full inspection and agreed to do some of the repairs. After having the repairs done, the vehicle still wasn’t running correctly. The techs showed me my vehicle on a lift and pointed out an AC problem next to the rear axle. Three days later, my rear axel fell apart on some rough railroad tracks- totally the van I had just put $2k into.nnI decided to give them another shot a few months later, and chalked the van debacle up to my bad misfortune. I bring them my new-to-me van to have a look over. They identify some problems and fix them. I drive away happily, but the van starts to overheat before I can get to the store. Luckily, we popped the hood and found that the issue was a tech never plugged our radiator fan relay back in. At this point, I’m disappointed, but willing to overlook this small issue.nnThen, I took my boyfriend’s truck there to have a full inspection done. Another few thousand dollars later, my boyfriend gets in to drive off- happy to have his truck fixed- but it doesn’t start. To top it off, his crank window had been broken during the service process. It was just old and worn out, but the service reps insinuated that we were trying to get the window fixed for free.nnOnce I explained that we’ve been having repeated issues, a customer service rep apologized and explained that the tech to blame was no longer employed there. I’m not sure if it was a specific tech or if it was poor communication and procedure for their shop, but I’ve moved on to another shop that treats us genuinely and has better attention to detail.

They are efficient and they always give it to you straight. If you need the work done, they will let you know, and do it promptly.
