I was able to get an estimate the same day I called and was able to get work started within 4 days . Kept me informed on the process daily .nWhen I picked up my vehicle within 6 days. They were very friendly and answered any of my questions. They are calling the rental company for me to pick up my rental .nWhen I got home I realized I forgot my garage remote in the rental I called and ask them to get it out and I would pick it up in the morning Mike called and said he was coming in my direction and dropped of the remote to me so I would not have to make the extra trip to pick it up. Talk about going above and beyond.nMy SUV looks great.

My car was done on time and was cleaner when I got it back than when it was towed in. This is a full service shop, from meeting me at the scene of my accident, arranging towing, and a rental car, I didn't have to do anything. Great service and friendly people!

My rear quarter panel on my 2019 Nissan Sentra was damaged they did a wonderful job repairing it the service was excellent I had told them I needed car by a certain date They did everything in their power to have it ready and I was able to take it on the trip

Michael and his entire staff were courteous, informative and kept me updated every step of the way. Workmanship was of such high quality that one cannot detect that my Nissan Rogue had ever been damaged and repaired. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and was ready for pick up on Thursday. I was impressed. I was particularly surprised that in addition to the highest of the quality of the repair the entire vehicle was detailed. There is no doubt that I would recommend Caliber Collision of Mishawaka to all my friends and relatives. For me the entire process was seemless and exceeded my expectations. Great job!
