Good helpful staff. Prices are good
very rude staff. not willing to help you install items when it is their company policy that they are supposed to. manager demanded i leave the building for simply asking for help to get a battery installed. so i returned the battery 5 seconds after buying it
Terrible customer service, rude staff. They are not helpful at all and act like you are such an inconvenience if you have questions. Luckily there is a new O’Reily’s down the road. I’ll be taking my business there.
Was looking for a part for my car and they where very helpful.
Always have had great help from knowledgeable staff at this location. Tonight they took customer service to the next level as they helped me with a check engine light right at closing time in freezing cold weather. Stayed open to help a customer and were happy to do so... doesn’t get much better than that.
