I loved the facility because it is very clean, climate temperature is good, and the price is fair. The fact that you can get in and out 24/7 made my experience great. The only this that bothered me was I came several times to the office before 4pm and no one was in the office and a note was left on the door people were outside waiting to rent a storage unit. Maybe hire more staff. The place is the best storage I have ever seen in my life.
Just out of curiosity, is there anyone other than one person who works at this facility? Who can answer either one of the phones? Respond back to emails?
I've called and stopped by multiple times during business hours and never anyone at the facility or to respond to messages and phone calls
Here at 9:10 no one here made a reservation to rent a space and closed hours are 9 to 5....a waste of my time.
