I bought 4 new tires an valve stems. 2 days later I came out to a flat tire and took the car back in. It ended up being the valve stem. They replaced it and told me all was well. I got in my car and left went home. I couldn't get out of my car, the door was stuck. My son tried to open the door and saw that the fender was rolled under jamming up the door. It looks like the tech put his jack on the fender instead of the frame. Of course I can't get anyone to call me or let me in. I will never go there again terrible service.nnGail H

called tire rack to find a replacement wheel. I was on hold for 25 minutes then the guy took my info and said he would call back in 15 minutes. well I never received a call. so I call back the following day and talk to another guy who was extremely rude and cocky when replying to my questions and had no desire to help me. I can't find a replacement so I will be buying a new set of wheels and you can guarantee Tire Rack will not be getting my business and i will pass this down to all my car guys.. Horrible customer service

I've order from these guys before and my last order, I had some poor sales support, during and right after the purchase. The guy I was working with would never return any calls and would never answer his phone, just voice mail. Once the sale went thru he wouldn't even respond to my emails. So I may stay away from them for my next purchase. I am happy overall with the rims/tires and look of the vehicle. See the photos 2010 Buick Lucerne CXL with champagne paint. Rims are Focal F52 Machined with Bronze Accent(tint). Not the Dark Satin Bronze version listed at Ultra Wheel Focal F52. These are several shades lighter

I purchased lowering springs from tire rack a couple years ago. The part shows lifetime warranty replacement. My vehicle has become a nightmare to drive just recent. I have brand new shocks and struts, bushings, sway bar links, and ballpoints. It's down to the springs causing this harsh bounce and abrupt vehicle sway. I contacted Tire Rack numerous times phone, email, etc. I was told I would get a call back, never got one. I called back again and Kasey gave me the worst customer service I've ever gotten. I wanted to send the springs so they can inspect the defective parts but was told ON THE PHONE that this part will NOT be under warranty, when on the website it clearly shows Lifetime Warranty Replacement. It's unfortunate because I think this company sells great products and thus far been great with answering questions one would have but with what I got with todays service I no longer will be you guys customer.

This place is cool. They have a small track there. I bought my tires here and picked it up all the way from Chicago just so I could see Tire Rack. The way you pick up your tires is pretty neat. Drive into their large garage and they place the tires in your car. Sweet stuff.
