They advertise around xmas time for an advanced loan from your taxes but only have 1 location open. Trying to even make an appointment was difficult it was like customer service didn't want to help. When I went to do a walk in they had a sign posted that there were no more walk ins. I think if you're gonna advertise something around xmas time at least be prepared for your customers. Then you wanna charge us an arm and a leg to prepare our taxes. I was very disappointed.

Waited at 10 hours for a $300 loan. But promised for a 500 but never received. Services were extremely slow one tax preparer other two took off. Then found out that fee for taxes was $434. Way too much never doing my taxes at Jackson Hewitt again

The tax preparers have always been super nice. I've been going there for thirteen years now and have never met a bunch of nicer people!
