The bottom apartments suck. Sewer backed up and the plumber had to use my apartment to fix, leaking windows which had mold, mold in the kitchen cabinet due to leaking pipes, missing mail which caused over $1,000 in losses, and I believe the previous tenant was making drugs with the microwave because of suspicious residue that couldn't be removed. The manager didn't clean apartment before I moved into it, didn't have the apartment professionally cleaned after the sewer back i.e. I had to do it since it happened on a Friday and the smell was so bad I started having chest pains, and won't provide detailed accounting for the bills which you are required to pay. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
