Terribly rude staffing on the weekends. If you want a fun place where you can eat OUTSIDE, don’t come here. No appetizers allowed at the bar and no outdoor service. Go to Sweetwater if you want good food and excellent service.
I gave it a better rating than perhaps I should have. The food was for the most part good. The chicken wings were the size of my pinky finger. And the mac and cheese was more plain than a bottle of water. Aside from that, the young lady who runs the place I think her name is Melanie,was very helpful and kind. It is not in the nicest of neighborhoods, and I never even knew it was there. All in all I give it 4 stars simply because I think there is potential there and I am excited to try new things on the menu. Remember you get what you pay for oh, so if you're going for Value that's what you're going to get. I recommend trying the Philly cheesesteak lasagna that was one of the several things I had and that by far was the best.
This was my first time at the restaurant. I walked in and ordered a pork chop sandwich and fries for lunch. I did not expect to wait for 45 minutes to get such a small order. The lady at the counter was pleasant, the establishment is very clean, and the prices are reasonable, but, don't expect to get your food quickly unless you order ahead. While I waited 4 orders were picked up. I was not happy with the wait..........at all.nnI also was prepared for an actual pork chop sandwich. What I got was a grilled piece of Texas toast, a pork chop, and steak fries. It tasted good, but, I thought that I was getting something a little different.
My First Time Trying Their Food And I Can Honestly Say One Of The Best Places I've Gotten Food From In South Bend. I Will Be Ordering From Here Again And Again!
