My girlfriend and I decided to order from Rosati’s. She lives in Chicago and boosted that their pizza was incredible.nnThe pizza came like this, I assume it was a bit of an accident from the driver, it didn’t really hinder me eating the pizza. What was hard to get pass was the sauce.nnIt wasn’t seasoned in any sense. It tasted like it was from a can. It made it really difficult to even enjoy the pizza. The mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull what so ever. I enjoyed the fried mushrooms but I ordered with ‘nacho cheese’ and it was honestly the cheapest tasting.nnBut what I did appreciate was the toppings. It was cooked beautifully with fresh Ingredients, perfectly halved for my girlfriend and I. I was really disappointed because I wanted to love this pizza. I just couldn’t.
We placed an order for a future time - about 2 hours ahead. When my husband got there, they couldn't find our order. Then once they found it he had to wait for an extra 20 minutes. When I complained to the delivery service the MANAGER tried to claim the pizza was ready the entire time yet couldn't explain why my husband would be waiting for 30 minutes before being given our order. Horrible customer service and the food doesn't even make up for it.
We're new to the area and saw the Rosati's menus in our hotel. We ordered a calzone, wings and two salads. Pretty boring stuff, right? WRONG! Every single thing was absolutely awesome. Even their packaged blue cheese dressing is some of the best I've ever tasted anywhere. I had it on my Honey BBQ wings and side salad.nnThe wings were just perfect. Huge and yummy!nnWe will definitely be eating there again and soon (maybe tomorrow for some pizza)!
Very good food. Staff was so friendly. Brook and nathan both were very helpful and kind. Food was ud83dudd25 fire. Crust on my deep dish was golden brown the table service was amazing. Very clean restaurant. Highly recommend coming and checking them out
Great pizza and customer service! The manger is absolutely amazin with great customer service. We will definitely be ordering often!
