I always dread ordering from this particular location. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, their typical turnaround time on a delivery is usually upwards of 45 minutes to an hour. Now, I understand that there are peak hours for orders as well as multiple orders per delivery, but from the store off Main St. to where I work (just barely off of Grape, on Douglas) it takes just over 3 minutes to drive directly there. It consistently taking 15 times longer than that drive just seems like a lot to process considering the orders themselves don't take more than that initial 3 minutes to prepare.nnA long story short, I'm consistently disappointed with this particular location. For a place that prides themselves on fast deliveries, I have, without question, never received an order that fits that description.

Nice customer service!nnEdit 11/30 -nOrdered delivery. 30min later no order. Delivery driver claimed to have left it on my doorstep, but it never showed up there. Was refunded, but I do not plan on ordering from here again - what's the point if my overpriced sandwich doesn't even ever get here?

Good food and all but when the front counter cashier finished ringing up my order, he went straight to his phone. That to me shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect to the customers out there.

Went here because of their unwrappables and a gluten intolerant friend. Service was fast as there was hardly anyone there. Sweet tea was so sweet it hurt the teeth. Had number 12 which states it had avocado. Should re word to say avocado spread and not much. Will stick with Jersey Mike's as you get alot more meat and value for the money.

JJ's is always fast and cashier is always cheerful and helpful (even though I take forever deciding). Also, the food is delicious.
