Requested curbside pick up but waited 7 minutes for associate to bring out the pizza. This was after the 10 to 15 minutes that I was told pizza would be ready. Also topping start about half way down the pizza. There are no toppings,not even cheese near the pizza crust. Very skimpy on cheese and toppings.
Remember setting in pizza hut as a kid....nToo bad covid prevents it.... And to the owner, it's not your fault... All I ask is to keep up with the good service and great food.. thanks again
When I went in, there was only one person ahead. I was picking up carryout, as was other customer. Very small, so limited space, also social distance. There was only one employee manning phone and waiting on customer. Multiple employees came in and out seeing that she was overwhelmed, but no one helped. Finally, more customers were outside waiting to pick up, so I spoke up, that she needed help. Pretty obvious!
Our pizzas were accurately made, arrived on time, and were hot upon arrival. The delivery driver waited by right off our porch to make sure we retrieved our pizzas.
Was missing Tuscan chicken pasta in my big box. Order was incomplete. Order was over 20 min late when I went to pick up.
