When I came to Olivia it had been more than 9 months since my last hair cut. My hair was thin, unmanageable, and styling it was impossible. Olivia completely revitalized my hair and allowed me to keep more length than I ever thought possible. I left feeling really great. Definitely found my new stylist!

I’ve been going to Olivia since she was a student and she is one of my favorite people to go see when I need my hair done! She NEVER disappoints and she is always so good to me and accommodating. I will always recommend her to anyone who asks!

Called to book an appointment with Rachel, stayed on hold for 5 minutes and then she finally answered and before I had two seconds to talk she hung up. When I called back right after another girl answered and asked me to hold - I told her I just did and had 1 simple question. She was extremely rude and told me basically she didn’t care because they were “super busy”.nnIt’s unfortunate that the two rude receptionist are the only interaction I or any of my friends will ever have with the business as I’m sure there are talented stylist.nnMaybe hire receptionist with customer service? Just a thought as the forward facing part of your business.

Great location and very clean. The stylists that I've used are amazing and professional. They are friendly and skillful in their craft. Don't get turned off by the hosts/receptionists. They can be a challenge but they are likely under strict guidance on what they can and can't do. As for their personalities, they aren't the most friendly you will find. Get past the wall and you will be extremely happy. Lots of Notre Dame traffic so look to early apt times or late. Also, schedule in advance.

0 stars for the Nicholas J Salon. I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment at 9 am and was with a bridal party. All 5 girls who got there after me were called back to get ready before me. I was stressed and crying because we needed to be ready by 11 am and the front desk ignored me even though it was now 9:45 am. I wasn't ready until 11:30 and they told me it would be $80 for both hair and make up and then proceeded to charge me $95. I started my best friends wedding day off unhappy and late and then was overcharged for terrible service. I am someone who runs on time or ahead of schedule and it's very disappointing to have been running around because now I'm late thanks to this place. Do not recommend for brides getting married in town or probably for anyone who is prompt and appreciates good service.
