My first experience at Relax Hair Salon was in the summer of 2013. I had to be at a wedding out of town on the next day and showed up just a few minutes before closing time. I didn’t know at the time of their hours and when I was told it was near closing time, I figured all hope was lost. The owner must have seen the disappointment in my face and told me he would take me in even though it was so close to closing. Thankfully, I made it down to the wedding with my hair freshly and professionally cut. I thought that I would have had to settle for one of those chain salons that claim to have such great cuts but actually turn out to be far less than satisfactory.nnEver since my first visit, this is and will always be my barber. Eddi, the owner, always gives the best haircut I have ever gotten every time. Prices are very fair and you will be glad you came here.

It’s not what you would expect from, “getting your haircut at meijer.” Relax Hair Salon has nothing to do with meijer, and Eddie rents the space to run his craft out of there. (Meijer won’t even transfer you if you call). Anyhow, a lot of my colleagues were coming in to work with great haircuts and they were telling me that this is where they were going. I was kinda skeptical, but Eddie is actually pretty good and I would definitely return and recommend him. Very happy with my haircut!!

There is no better place to do your hair. All ages will be served well. I am older and Eddi always take time to make me feel welcome, relaxed and my hair is always done with a lot of care and passion. I have seen him taking care of much younger gays who always demand more details to be taken care of, more modern hair cuts to be done and I was always amused by how much detail oriented he is and how those customers have been happy with the result.nEddi likes, loves his job. Go there for your hair cut - you will be another happy customer and you will be back.
