The staff is great and everything about this PF is a reflection of them. This is among the cleanest kept gyms I’ve been to. The equipment is well maintained - smooth operating machines, cables always glide like new. I can’t recall any equipment being down/broken for any period of time. Great job by this PF team!

I like how large and spread out this planet fitness is compared to other locations. The staff and clientele are also all really friendly here and have no problem sharing the machines/equipment. The only reason I'm giving this location 4 out of 5 stars is due in large to the locker room. I'm not too sure about the ladies locker room, but the men's always seems to smell either like B.O. or pee and today was no exception. Also, the toilets need to be cleaned more regularly and the soap dispensers should be checked more often during this pandemic because one of them was out and the other was nearly out. Overall, not a bad place to get your sweat on, but the cleanliness needs to be bumped up considerably!

Made to feel valued as a customer from the moment I walked in the door. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Neil (Neal? Neil? Neel? Kneel? However it's spelled. Sorry bro, I'm sure I got it with one of those, anyway-) was the staff member who primarily helped me; I had questions about signing up, and he walked me through all of it very capably and confidently. I didn't even realize until after we were done that he was a relatively new employee, and even then, the only reason it came to my attention was that I noticed he was wearing a tag stating as such on his shirt. Point being, were it not for the tag, I'd have had no idea he was new. He was very well informed in answering my questions.nnThe rest of the staff were super friendly, too. Each time I've gone in, they've remembered who I am, and are always very quick to greet and welcome me to the gym. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, don't think I've ever seen anyone look or feel uncomfortable or out-of-place, and I'm sure that has plenty to do with the hospitality of the staff.nnThe gym itself is pristine. Everything is clean, organized, and well displayed. Cleaning stations are nicely spaced out and accessible. I've seen gyms that I'm sure cost twice is much and not look half as nice. So, can't go wrong here.nnCoincidentally, I first visited the gym on a day that was sort of ill-timed (unbeknownst to me), in terms of their billing cycle. The manager (I think she was a manager; not certain, but she seemed to be,) made it a point to suggest I give the gym a try on a complimentary day pass and officially sign up on my next visit, to avoid paying for a full month's membership when there was only one day left in the billing cycle. She didn't have to do that. I'd have honestly never noticed or been the wiser; but she made doing right by the customer her top priority. And it showed. It's that type of gesture that will keep me around as a customer for a long time.nnCheers, gang. Keep up the great work.

Overall it's a good gym with what you would expect from a planet fitness. New equipment and good staff. But please TURN UP THE A/C! That is one of the hottest gyms I've ever worked out in.

The staff is what sets this gym apart from others. Sure the price is great but customer service is what makes them outstanding. It starts with the smile(under the mask) at the counter and cares on throughout the gym as you see the staff cleaning and having a positive attitude. Keep it up!!!!
