Good equipment, staff, and social distancing measures. Very rare that I have to wait for a specific piece of equipment to come available. Cool gym and staff will give you tips even if you don't pay for the training portion.

Moved away and mailed my change of address and cancellation information to charter over 3 months ago. Still being billed. I have called many times, can’t get ahold of anyone. I have left multiple voicemails and have not received a call back. I am out over 100 dollars so far for a gym that I live hundreds of miles away from. It seems I will have to cancel my card to get them to stop billing me. Don’t give these people your billing info, they will take advantage of you. STAY AWAY!

Creepy manager likes to wait outside of your shower if hes got something to tell you rather than doing it at the front desk like a normal person

Looooove this place!! I can come and work out and I never have any issues with the equipment or the facility. Always clean and ready for use. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, specially my trainer Kevin!!! He is the best!!! He always has a great workout designed just for me and my goals, and teaches me how to use the equipment so I can do the exercises on my own. Highly recommend the place!!

Came to charter about a year ago not believing a healthy lifestyle was even possible for me. My transformation has been unreal!
