I saw Natalie for accupuncture and felt very taken care of! She is knowledgeable and I saw results quickly. I was hesitant to try accupuncture as a form of therapy, but truly I believe it truly made a difference!

I absolutely love this studio. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The studio is clean. The classes are amazing. I love Mary Lord's Restorative Yon Yoga class on Sunday nights. It helps me feel centered, balanced, and I leave feeling like I have a clear mind. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for fantaatic classes ranging from beginner to advanced.
