When asked about if they clean the debit card console at the pharmacy I was told yes. It looks disgusting. It's pretty obvious it's not been cleaned in a while and you should be embarrassed.
Experienced and friendly personnel
I always receive great service here, they fill my prescriptions quickly and correctly. The employees are also very friendly and happy to make small talk or even help you with other store items. The pharmacists really know they stuff! Friendly customer service at this Walgreens. My grandfather stops in so often and they treat him like family. When I come in, they always make sure to get me the best deals with coupons!
Both pharmacy techs had no clue what they were doing. Asking same questions 6 different times and then wondering why I’m getting frustrated. Had a problem with my insurance although it hasn’t changed in over 7 months, telling me that I have a secondary insurance when I do not. Waited OVER an hour for 1 prescription to be filled, when I was told it would be 20 minutes. Rude pharmacist, didn’t catch his name.
