They have never had a prescription ready for my on time. I have waited up to two days after an appointment to go in and pick up and they still hadn’t even put it in their system and I had to wait to have it filled. Or they put it on “hold” for some reason and didn’t fill it but never called to clarify their questions with me. This is the most convenient pharmacy to me and the cheapest but it’s not worth the hassle.

Phone waiting times 20+ minutes. Auto refill never works. They never actually refill your prescription until you get to the counter, then you have to wait in store for up to 45 minutes.

I make an appointment 2 days prior to get tested for covid. I arrive 20 minutes early and after waiting over an hour to get tested they tell me that they weren’t going to do it. Only that I had to go online and reschedule, because THEY messed up now I have to wait no telling how much longer because they’re all booked up for days out

Even called to see if they make copies off jump drive. They said oh yes if PDF file, to get there and oh they must of changed it, I'm sorry I work customer service I know what services we have available!
