Bad customer service. Called ahead to see if I could return some charms I bought online and they said yes, so I made the trip and brought them in. they refused to take them back because it was 2 days over the 30 they allow for a return. It takes a while for them to come in the mail after purchase, especially during this pandemic. Management failed to provide adequate customer service. I’m very disappointed.
I will never go to this location again because of the lady that worked this morning
I was very disappointed. Why? I spent nearly 20 minutes looking for a charm only to be told it's discontinued. Why have catalogs out, if the majority of the items have stopped being produced? Instead of being on your phone/internet, employees should be required to immediately update their catalogs with a little note, slash, cross out or something in them to inform customers certain charms are no longer available, or direct them to a website. SOMETHING.nI was prepared to spend considerable cash, but walked out, again highly disappointed for wasting my time.
The service was excellent. 1on 1 with my sales lady, that was great! I bought the pandora bracelet and a couple charms. I really like the design of it.
