I currently got my 2nd pair of Vans and the staff was very nice and I did not know what size I was and the girl who was helping me was very nice and patient. The shoes are comfy and the clothes are cool. These are the best shoes ever!!!!
We regularly shop here to the point that the sales associates actually recognize my dad (across multiple Vans locations). Pretty dope merch and love the collaboration designs. Great place to go to if you're looking for street wear.
Selection is wonderful, quality is great, customer service...yikes! Sadly, buy mine and my daughters Vans at the other stores in the mall, hate to be a bother here.
Absolutely love that the store seems to always have a huge variety of colors and styles and lets not forget about the prices they seem to be very reasonable
Kind of disappointing. My daughter wanted some Vans and we asked questions but still couldn't get anyone to help us. The guy behind the register was too busy with a conversation with a lady and it wasn't about shoes, to bother to help assist customers so I looked up Shoe Carnival and we left and went there. I also got the Vans $20 cheaper.
