My absolute favorite shoe store to shop at!! Customer service is top & they’re always friendly and professional!! Service has definitely gotten better over the years & I & my family are customers for life!!
I Asked for a shoe and the person that was helping me said the shoe was on the front desk, but he never put it there making me stand in line for 10 minutes when they didn’t even have the shoe.
I stood in line at least 10 minutes watching the employees put clothes away behind the counter. Once I step to the counter another lady walked up and they helped her right away. I wonder is their customer service provided by what color you are. I was never was even offered help on getting a pair of shoes from the back.
Great experience. The staff in here is always willing to go above and beyond for me. I have an ADHD son that can’t sit still while my other son tries on shoes. The staff does the best they can to keep him entertained and help the very impatient customers in the store.
Do not shop here.nStaff is incredibly unprofessional and refused to help with a return. Literally said, “I would have to re-do inventory.” It was almost like there was a hidden camera and it was a prank as they continued to seem to want to pick a fight... there are so many other respectful places to shop. Avoid at all costs.
