Yesterday , while at Hollister’s in the University Park Mall . We were one of maybe 25 shoppers. All the sudden you hear pop pop and people screaming and running. Some people from outside the store ran into the store for safety. Your workers , stayed calm. Then we were told the whole mall including Hollister was under lock down. We were moved to a storage room and the door was locked. Again , all through this your young team of workers 1 stayed calm. 2 were very brave. There was no chaos in your store. The calmness that your workers showed kept everyone else calm. There were children of all ages there. You could see the fear in their eyes when running into the store with their mommy. In minutes those children were sat down in the storage room. You could see them watching your team. The tears stopped and they calmed down. The teen age girls also calmed down , who had no parents with them. Your team (crew) kept walking through and asking if everyone was ok. I just wanna say , you Hollister should be so proud of these young people. They showed not only courteous , kindness and courage but total brave , calm and determination to keep us all safe. One girl had only worked there 3 days. Bravo bravo Hollister and these young people. You showed that our society does have good , decent young people in our community. Your parents are raising some very amazing young people. Hollister you have some amazing young people dedicated to you and your store. Went in to buy some shirts. They don’t let you try them on. Said you can have covid on your skin. I said what if it doesn’t fit? He said I can return it within 60 days. So are you going to burn the stuff I return? I put the clothes down and walked out. Good luck returning your items you can’t try on.

Hollister has always been my favorite store. Just purchased a $140 winter jacket and lemme tell yall, its WORTH IT. I love their scent Malaia , only scent I ever get.

Great store! I had a horrible experience online trying to purchase some things to get shipped and there website wasn’t cooperative. So I ended up calling customer service and they were even worse. The gentleman named Ron-thought I was joking always laughing at me and not helpful at all.nSo I ended up calling the store and talked to Jake! Great guy, very helpful wanted to help me out right away, so I ended up going into the store seeing Devin & Jess who were as helpful as Jake was on the phone with me.nI appreciate such great customer appreciation and that’s what they give at this store! Very very nice, and helpful. Thank you again Jake, Devin,& Jess!
