I bought a dress & tried to exchange it. They told me that the receipt that I had could’ve been anybody’s & wouldn’t let me because of that & they couldn’t find my phone number. GREAT SERVICE BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNORGANIZED! Especially when I knew who rang me up(NO STARS)

Loooove the shoes and jewelry... SUPER cute- but it doesn't hold up well at ALL. :'( paid $68 for heels that showed wear the first day I wore them- and I didn't walk much. :( 5 stars for cuteness... 2 stars for durability vs. Pricing

I bought a dress for new year but doesn't fit me, so I went 15 day latter to exchange because before that I dont have time I live one hour away from the mall, and the manager DARRY WHITE was really unrespecful and they dont help me with that because the policy its just 14 days, so I lost my money and the dress cause I cant ware it. They employed unprofessional managers that dont take care of the customer to resolve their problems so they can be happy and go back to the store

If I could leave a negative rating I would.nI had bought a skirt from them Saturday during the day, I went home and took it out to hang it up, and noticed a rip. Their policy for returning items is unworn, with tags attached. This item met criteria for in store credit. Which I didn’t even want, I just wanted the same skirt without a rip since it did cost $40. I went to exchange it for another one and the cashier said” we can’t because it’s rip” before even letting me tell her I wanted the same thing without the rip, I didn’t want store credit. Their manager then produced to say “ this tag has been removed and put back on and it’s been worn.” The skirt is mesh and she then said “we can fix it.” How can you fix a mesh skirt? It didn’t make any sense to me. Didn’t take their store credit I will figure out something else for the skirt. Definitely won’t shop there again. Check your clothes before buying from them. If you leave there store they won’t take it back and give you something not damaged.
