called on a Wednesday an hour after they opened. it rang forever, then it sounded like they were answering (phone was taken off the hook) and then they hung up on me. i was going to be a new customer, not any more.

Tire techs were very helpful! Fixed problem with no cost and no wait! I would rate higher than 5 stars for sure!

Prices are decent but you have to jump through a LOT of hoops and an act of God needs to take place to have them installed. They won't take appointments on weekends and it's first come, first serve. I arrived three different times 15 minutes prior to opening time on a weekend and by the time I got to the counter the wait was 5 hours.nHere is the real punch in the gut: you have to leave your vehicle AND your keys for the ENTIRE 5 HOURS!! Be advised they WILL NOT LET YOU LEAVE IN YOUR VEHICLE AND COME BACK. So, here I stand in my local Costco during my 5 hour wait to have my tires installed (3rd try) 6 WEEKS after I payed for my special order size tires.nNever again Costco tire center. Buyer beware.nI hope I never have a problem with these tires. I can't imagine the difficulty of having a repair made. My guess is their warranty is useless because you will have to wait for 5 HOURS to have any work done.

The price is good, the service is reasonable and affordable. The staff is nice.
