The guys in the service station are seriously the best. They are always so kind & they know exactly what they are talking about and doing. I use the service station religiously. I won’t go anywhere else for basic repairs & oil changes!
I will try that place
I love the VIP membership and being able to just roll through for the wash. However, I would not get the detail option. I left my car the entire day to have it returned with the same stains and missed spots throughout. Without the detailing, I’d have given it 5 stars, because they would deserve that. It’s a wonderful convenience!! They even have someone there, at the gate, to assist you. It keeps the lines moving. They are always friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you, Drive & Shine family!
If you need a quick car wash this place is good. If your looking for a good car wash, skip the automated places. For a 25 dollar ruby wash I don’t think you should have to dry off and re wash the back of your car every time.
arrived to have my car cleaned inside an out ($200 service). I was told I had to have an appointment. The next day I called, waited through the terrible phone system to be transferred to three people, only to find out you must make the appointment face to face and pay a $50 deposit. Either take payments over the phone or better educate your employees on how the business operates.
