The customer service here is next level. I called to schedule an appointment to fix what I thought was a cracked phone screen. They got me scheduled the next day.nnThen, remembering I had insurance, I cancelled my appointment -- but they were so nice and accommodating throughout.nnAs in they were so nice -- I decided I would pay extra to have my phone fixed through Batteries + Bulbs rather than my insurance company, who in contrast has some of the worst customer service.nnTurns out my phone case was just cracked, not my actual phone. So while I can't give them my money -- I wanted to at least give them this google review.nnIf you have insurance on your phone -- don't even bother with the insurance company. It's a 2 week + wait time and awful customer service. Go here instead!
Yes, there's two other tech repair stores nearby...nYes, THIS is the one you should go to.nnFixed my cracked screen in 1 hour, cordial service, extreme transparency/fairness, and overall know-how. They even let me know some common problems I could expect from my phone in the future and what to do about them. P.S. thanks, Rob!
