I have found everytime I buy a car which has been several here that it takes for ever and there's always a issue with what we agreed ed to pay monthly and what is presented to us! We recently bought a 2020 Dodge Challenger from Locmuady in Elkhart a n d had a straight forward to the penny experience. The sales staff are not the issue both Chad and Glenn are outstanding! It's the $$ staff that seems to always twist things!
I had major work done (> $1800) to the front end of my Chevy Trailblazer. They had to keep it overnight. While they may have done a proper job, the reason for the low score is that they didn't bother to lock my vehicle so when I picked it up I immediately noticed that all of the change was missing from the cup holder. Further checking I discovered that all of my tools were stolen out of the back end. These tools are my livelihood. They have no surveillance cameras in their lot. If you ever have them service your car don't let them keep it overnight. They claim no responsibility because I signed their forms and waived my rights. They expect my insurance company to pay for their negligence. They've lost a customer. Best thing is just take your car somewhere else where they care about you and your belongings. I'll do my best to get this message out.
