Leaving parts off and damaging others.nnBody shop promises vehicle back end of week on Thursday may be as soon as Wednesday. Call on Thursday told it will be Friday call on Friday told it may be Monday but they will call you back after lunch.nn3 and 1/2 hours (3:30pm) no return phone call. So finally at 4 I call and I'm told Monday at 4:45nnI bought a brand new Ford because I expect great quality. Did not get that from Campbell Ford Body Shop.
I highly recommend Jason Ziesmer and Campbell Ford Lincoln without question.nnMy girlfriend and I were looking for an excellent second vehicle for us, and she test drove pretty much every make and model out there.nnJason was patient, professional, and a pleasure to work with the entire time. Besides test driving the Lincoln Aviator (three times) and over a week also test drove a Lincoln Corsair, Ford Explorer, Edge, and Escape. If that's not patience, I don't know what is.nnWe (she) finally decided on the Lincoln Aviator and have had it now for two months. We are thrilled and delighted with it and the sales and customer service we experienced at Campbell Ford Lincoln and Jason. Thank you.
Experience was so great I went back 3 years later. Jason was very professional and prompt with my vehicle delivery. Got me in a new Explorer with all the amenities. I could not have asked for a better buying experience than what I had at Campbell Ford!! The sales staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, and patient while I made my decision on my next vehicle. I’ve leased three vehicles from Jason Z and I’ve never been disappointed. He always listens to me and makes sure he gives me the features I’m looking for in the price range I can afford.
