My '07 Accord came up on a airbag recall and Basney Honda was kind enough to call me about it. Everything went super smooth from scheduling, drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Even though it was a busy Friday in the Service department, the work was finished in a timely fashion followed by a courtesy call for notification of completion. They even washed my car!
Brian with Basney Honda in the service department was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond in helping me out, keeping communication clear/ keeping me in the loop, and smoothed out all the bumps. I had dealt with three different dealerships through the whole ordeal of a broken engine, and Brian was so kind and professional throughout it all. I highly recommend working with them, and will be back.
They had no idea why I'm having trouble with my vehicle battery. I waited over 2.5 hours for them to tell me to stop using a feature in my vehicle that I don't even have. Very disappointed in the customer service, knowledge of product, and the time it took.nnUPDATE: After having to jump my battery numerous times since my first appointment, sometimes even twice in a day, I called them again and told them this isn’t right, it needs looked at and fixed. They replaced the battery at no charge (under warranty) and I haven’t had an issue since.
I had a great experience. It was done quicker than I expected. Always friendly people there whether they are waiting on you or not.
They can not fix leaky valve stem all they do is rotate around car for the past 5 years.
