Had a pleasant experience purchasing our 2018 Kia Sportage from Christian at Gurley Leep Kia! He was very up front, attentive to our needs and committed to top notch service. We were there for a while but at no time felt rushed or pushed into a sale. He was willing to work with us on our trade in which was greatly appreciated. We have bought a few cars from Kim over the past few years and couldn’t say one thing bad about her. She’s so down to earth and really worked with us.nThe service department lately the past couple months /years has been hit or miss.However, just this last service I had done we had another issue with the repair. Although, I do appreciate the service department for making it right this time.nNot sure how many more “we are sorry for the inconveniences” and “there are new people working so please understand” I can handlenLong story short We love our Kia’s and will always be a Kia family.

Worst place to go to. I took my car there. They didn’t do anything but test drive my car and then park my car for an hour and chargers me 152 dollars. I had spent 5 thousand dollars getting my Kia Soul fixed and told me parts we’re still under warranty just got it done there back in February and once I get there. They are no longer under warranty and gauge me 150nFor nothing. Money hungry rip offs will never do business with them again lost a good customer. My battery went bad less than a year ago. And won’t replace it for free. I mean the cheapest batteries are from autozone and they have at least 2 year minimum for battery warranty. Probably ordered mine off a cheap website and charged and arm and a leg for it.

Kim Putz was amazing as my sales person! She was attentive, responsive and just all around astonishing with making sure I was taken care of with my needs. They were able to get my payment within my financial limits and went above and beyond on everything! They definitely over delivered, and for that I am very thankful!

Just picked up our new Kia Telluride today and couldn’t be happier with the buying experience! Jacob Voeltz was our Sales guy and by far the best car salesman we have worked with.
