Terrible service experience with Seth. My X3 needed sensor parts replacement that they didn’t have. Seth told me that they ordered it and that it will arrive in 2 days but never followed up with me for more than TWO weeks. I later called the service department asking for his boss (Jason). I was surprised to learn that they already had the parts but apparently forgot to call me! I’d rather drive to Schererville or Kalamazoo to service my BMW.nBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE @ BASNEY

I had an amazing experience! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I encourage you to stop by Basney In south bend. Tyler and Dean were Awesome, They were very upfront and honest and I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Im very pleased with my purchase.
