Basney Mazda went above and beyond to gain out business. We were working with several dealers and Basney were just the best! Our salesman Shawn, was awesome to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. He went the extra mile for us! We will definitely be going back to them when the time comes. We cannot recommend these folks enough!!!!! They will do everything they can to take care of you!

In the middle of my busiest season at work, I had to buy a car when mine was totaled. After having a less-than-stellar experience with a local dealer, I found a car online at Basney. The salesman that contacted me, Tyler Russell, was AWESOME!! I was able to buy the car I wanted over the phone, and they held the car with a small deposit pending my insurance company payout. He picked me up at the rental car location, and drove me to the dealership to finalize the purchase. The finance guy was great, and my contact with the service department to add my remote start has been fantastic, too. I’d HIGHLY recommend this place!

I forgot to do this at the time, but better late than never. I bought a 2012 Mazda 2 from Shawn late August. It's a solid car and I'm pretty content with it. I should get several reliable years out of it. Shawn is dynamite--very friendly and respectful. Sales is his livelihood, but he doesn't just want your money. He genuinely wants you to have a great experience, and I assure you you will.

Amazing experience. We worked with Tyler and he was patient as we asked tons of questions. The CX5 I wanted had just arrived and when we took it for a test drive it had 6 miles. Fantastic vehicle. Everything we read about the CX5 was true. Quiet and smooth ride. They offered a fair price and the rest is history. Chad closed the deal in a professional manner. Very friendly feel with knowledgeable sales team and great product. Thanks Tyler for making it happen!!! Highly recommend!!!

Tyler assisted me With the purchase of my car. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy which is amazing. The vehicles in the lot are extremely clean and well cared for. I was given a great deal along with an overly fair trade in value. There was zero haggling and straight to the point when it came to price. The online photos accurately reflect how the vehicles look, no sneaky angles to hide flaws or factory photos. The vehicles might even be better in person. The only reason I didn’t give a fifth star is due to the very long wait to process the financial paper work. It was a busy day and they were processing loans for others that arrived prior to us. The financing was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.
