They were great! I got a flat tire. They ordered the tire right away, got it the following morning, and put on the car. They washed my car for me and had me on my way before 11am. They kept in touch with me via text message all the time. They also helped with my warranty claim and basically handled everything for me. My contact there was so nice and helpful. Please consider using this car dealership whenever you need help.
My Mini Cooper 2006 needed all types of cosmetic repair after a car wreck. I had amazing assistance and service and couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
Always pleased with the exceptional service and experience at Basney. They have serviced my car for its entire maintenance program and I couldn’t be happier with how well my car has aged. The team has always kept me informed of what is needed and when, they never try to up sell or push unwanted/unneeded services. Will be continuing to take my car there long after my program ends.
Never getting my car diagnosed here again. I took my car in because there was as oil leak and my key fob wasn't working properly. They told me the battery was dead in the key fob and they had to order a new one so that cost me about $450 and it didn't fix the issue at all. They also told me the car had a rear main seal leak and they wanted $1800 to fix it. I ended up having 2 other people look at it and they both told me it was a valve cover leak and I got it fixed for $700
This is probably the best BMW dealer I have worked with. The staff here is very welcoming. Their service department is very accommodating and makes sure that the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this BMW dealer for your service!
