Starbucks

This Starbucks is always busy and because of this one would think it would be staffed appropriately but this is not the case. The workers inside are constantly backed up and orders can take 15-30minutes (I’m currently at a 40minutes wait as I write this). When I walked in one of the Barista yelled “I would get comfortable if I were you guys. It’s a long line.” I hope managment of this location increases staff to help improve the experience as any wait of 15 minutes or more is unacceptable for a cup of coffee.

Drive thru is very slow. Might be new employees or something but my order was right just took a bit too long. Advise having a cushion of time if plan to stop at this location and you are in a rush.

Last day going here, again get 75% filled cup asked to fix and milk was added. Now I have a 90% filled cup. Never again!

30 minute wait in the drive-through. Cars only moving 1 every 5 minutes. No apology, no thank you.. very unsatisfactory service.

Fast and super friendly service. Drink was made well. Much better then the other location further down the street. Definitely will be my go to location when in town!
