Starbucks

With no Exaggeration this is the most incompetently run place I have ever been to. Mobile orders take at least 30 to 40 minutes to get, Everything here takes a long time, from getting the attention of staff to getting your order. This place really really sucks, I’d recommend going to the Starbucks inside martins across the street.

We waited 30 minutes in line at the drive thru. There were only 4 cars ahead of us. When we placed our order we asked if there was any discount available as a result of the horrible wait time. We were told no. A simple free soy milk or free extra shot would have gone a long way toward a positive experience. I was a Starbucks barista for 7 years and recall our training was to always offer a free beverage in circumstances such as this. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

This is not the Starbucks standard! Waited 20min as a walk in customer for my order of 2 drinks. The only reason I was able to leave with a order, not my order mind you, is because the lady in front of me ordered a similar drink to mine and when they made it it was hot and she wanted cold. I casually asked the customer what she ordered and it was similar to my drink so I asked the barista if I could have that drink instead of waiting. I know they were training a cashier but she was not the issue. They seemed to have more than enough people working but the efficiency was lacking.nI truly ud83dudc98 Starbucks so please take this as constructive criticism and I will certainly come back while we are in town but I am glad my home Starbucks is not run like this.

Easy, fast and delicious. I did bot even have to ask them to heat up my Danish! One of the most efficient stores I have been in recently.

The first time I went to this particular Starbucks, the drive-thru took 30 minutes, which isn't out of the ordinary for Starbucks that may be understaffed a certain day and overloaded.nWell, every time I've been here since has also had the same experience, whether walking in ordering, or mobile ordering, it's taken an unusually long time regardless of the of customer to barista ratio.nThis place definitely needs a management/efficiency overhaul. I will say, the staff was SUPER friendly and apologetic about orders taking long any time I come through, which makes a world of difference to me. I hope this criticism can be taken to make things better, not as a bashing of this place.
