Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. I'm a vegan and the salad was my dinner. Made a phone order for pic up and upon arrival was told someone sold my salad. I asked to be credited $7 for my salad and checked my account the next day . They still charged me for the salad. I called and talked to the manager and he said he remembers this order and apologized and said he would credit my account and email me a receipt. This never happened. Will never give my business to this inconsiderate business again ..went hungry that night.n**I was credited for the entire meal..Thank you for following through and and showing such kindness **

Ordered pizza on New Years Eve, the pizza was fine but I ordered a different type of sauce and an added topping both at an additional charge. We walked 20 min to go pick the pizza up and when we got back home I realized they did not personalize the pizza at all, meaning I paid extra for items I never received. I called the pizza place immediately and was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. I called back and was told the manager was busy and that I would need to be placed on hold again... I explained (to the VERY nice pizza boy) that I was from Canada and that I can’t be waiting on hold for 10+ minutes as I don’t have a US phone plan and that I normally wouldn’t care about this mix up but that with the conversion it’s costing me over $5 for something I never received. The guy took my name, number and order number and said he would fix it right away and issue a refund. I still have not received any word from management or any refunds. Now I am back in Canada and it will cost me a crazy amount to try and call to talk to a manager. I would have rated this a 4 star but with all of this and the pizza costing about $40 it is really disappointing.

I have Hot Lips Killingsworth deliver about twice a month. I get the same thing every time. It is always fabulous! I love the new, larger pepperoni. Their salads are amazing. As good as any fine restaurant in Portland. The added highlight is they deliver wine.nGreat selection at great prices.nMost importantly is their staff are always pleasant. The delivery folks are fabulous.nThanks to the entire Hot Lips family!!nRegina
