This particular branch- says it closes at 4pm. If you call at 3:50pm THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. I have called all other branches and they pick up. I called needing the direct deposit form (would’ve taken 1 minute). THIS BRANCH IGNORES CALL MOST OF THE DAY. This rate is only for this particular branch. The rest of them ? EXCEPTIONAL!

STAY CLEAR OF CHASE BANK! They let someone walk in and steal $10,400 out of our savings account and overdraw our checking $1600 at another branch out of state!!!! All they can say Is theyll send it to their fraud department! It’s ruining us! Your money is NOT safe at CHASE!!!

They don't even pretend to answer the phone anymore. Just play you a message and drop your call.

$8.00 to cash a check that's drawn on chase bank. Pass cost back to customer writing the check. Then add $5.00 for the inconvenience. 'Asked if I would like to open an account. Couldnt help but laugh.

The service is horrible, Hard to get a hold of them on the phone.
