6+ years of service and 75% of the time my partner went to any branch except the Edison Branch, he had some teller who couldn’t do their job properly to deposit or cash his checks. They have repeatedly hung up on us, ignored our emails, and failed to get him approved for any type of loan or credit line OVER THE COURSE OF SIX YEARS as both a business and personal member. Today, they closed his account after a teller hung up on him at the drive through and he went off on her. They were not going to let me, the other account user, know. I got the lies, threats and hang ups all on video recordings and have filed a complaint with the FTC because they’re refusing to pay my husband the thousands of dollars still in his account. DO NOT BANK HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

I wish I could give this bank zero stars. The staff is extremely incompetent. First, they gave me ( a student on campus) such a hard time about providing a physical address and I was completely disregarded and treated badly by Spencer. Then, after working with the manager (Bob) I was offered the option to open a credit card, Where my mother co-signed, and it was never processed and I never received any correspondence. I would never recommend this branch or bank to anybody. I will be contacting upper management to discuss this incompetence and taking my money elsewhere.

Fix signing online. It locks me daily. Ridiculous. All that security cause nothing but tooooooo much headaches for all of u s. No one lock customer from second trial. No one except NDFCU. I am taking my business else wear very soon.

I can't say enough about how great NDFCU has been for me. Left our main local bank many years ago because of poor service. Best move I ever made. When ever I have needed a loan or help with anything, they have been there for me. The personnel have been wonderful, friendly and personal. When I needed to refinance my auto loan, they came through with the best rate of any institution. I would highly recommend the Ireland Road branch where I have done business for the last 15 years.
