Oven and Shaker

We love this place!! The pizza (if you love Italian style) is one of the best in Portland. It does however get spendy if you want to add additional/different toppings so we generally get the margarita. Great happy hour pricing!

Hands down amazing pizza. We were in town for a family getaway and a change of scenery and randomly found Oven and Shaker. Super fresh food, nice and friendly service - all around a wonderful experience and must try if you are in Portland.

Underwhelming. We ordered the margherita and the maple pig; both were average at best and definitely not worth the price. I was looking forward to the maple pig and the flavor balance of the ingredients was way off with the maple being overpowering giving the pizza an overly sweet disfunctional desert identity. Additionally, the ricotta did nothing to balance the flavor and a tangy goat cheese would be better suited for this potentially amazing people pizza. Imagine warm apple and pork belly pie.

I loved everything about our experience! We ordered the spicy salami & the maple pig. Both were delicious & so far above any pizza I’ve ever had! And in response to the lady who said the server was rude. I witnessed that exchange and the server was completely nice and hospitable. My family had the same server & she was amazing with us. She paid extra attention to my son who can get a little wild at restaurants after being cooped up at home for months. I’m not sure what reality “Jellie” is in. But I saw her be rude to the server and the server took it really well.

A favorite spot for Pizza. Food with real quality ingredients. It has an awesome atmosphere. Feeling here is like a restaurant in Fort Worth I liked.
