Had an appointment made and it didn't matter at all still had to wait over an hour after the time of our appointment. So why have people make appointments if your going to have 1 person working and they take people in any order they see fit.

The tax preparer was a very nice lady that was easy to talk to, laid back, and very helpful. This was my 1st time using Jackson Hewitt Tax Services and I am very happy with the short time I spent there, bc she got me in-and-out with friendly and convenient service, and I'm even happier with my rate of return.
