Nimblefish

The food is awesome, limited menu though. You have to order through this app and it’s so annoying the server can’t take any orders for you. Some menus on the table don’t correspond and it takes double the time to get an order in. They should change this ASAP.

Nimblefish is the best sushi restaurant in all of Portland. I have never tasted a product so fresh in my life. My boyfriend and I are complete sushi snobs and this place passes our test with 100% consistency, every single time. The people who work here are also always cheerful and fun. I am happy to give our money here on a regular basis.

The fish is fresh, the rolls are delicious, and the service is fantastic. Nimblefish is of my favorite restaurants in Portland, and it's definitely worth the return visit.

The sushi was delicious. But it was really really expensive. We ordered takeout. With all we ordered enough for two people especially with how much it cost. When I picked it up it was one small box.

Takeout service was good, the albacore tuna sashimi was good, the salmon skin maki (my favorite) skimped on the salmon skin, and it lacked the fresh, savory crisp that I was expecting. Would go back for nigiri and echigo beer, go somewhere else for rolls.
