Been going here for 28 years. Staff always friendly. Pharmacy is usually busy (they all are these days), but they keep things moving. They always have the meds I need, even if they are not common.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I called to see when my script would’ve ready and was given a time. I waited in line in my car sick with a four week old and needed to get my toddler from daycare. I was told it wasn’t ready and to pull around. As soon as I pulled off I get a text saying it was ready. I pull around and wait behind 4 cars and show the lady the text while she chews on food like a cow. What was the point in making me pull around? No clue but she made us all pull around. I hate going here. Always a long wait for nothing!

I do NOT recommend the pharmacy at all. I arrived at the drive thru and waited 12 minutes until I finally reached the window. Mind you, I was the SECOND car in line. The person in front of me never received a prescription for whatever reason but my suggestion would be that if it takes that long to figure out or not figure out an issue CVS might ask the person to come inside and not hold up the rest of the forming line behind them. I had received a text the day before that my “synced” prescriptions were ready for pick up. When I arrived at the window I was told only one of my 7 prescriptions was ready for pick up. She told me she didn’t know when the others would be ready but that she would expedite them and they should be ready in about 45 minutes.( I had to go back to work and my mom went to pick them up about an hour and a half later yet they still weren’t ready. Surprised? No! )nnBefore returning to work I decided to go into the store and find out why they weren’t “synced.” I was basically met with “this is the way it is. When one script gets done they text you to get it.” Another excuse was “but you have 7 prescriptions.” 7 prescriptions can’t be “synced?” How is that “synced?” Syncing means you pick them all up at the same time in case CVS doesn’t know that. If they don’t know it they shouldn’t promote it as such.nnMy point of this review is this; At no time did anyone have any concern that I might not have my prescriptions to take that day. At no time did anyone even volunteer to look at my account and see why this happened. Was it a mistake? Was something not typed in correctly? Was there anything they could do to make sure I had the medications I needed and that it didn’t happen again? NOTHING but to tell me “that’s how it is and it happens.” I’ve been without my meds for 2 days because I work 12 hour shifts and took my time off work to run get my prescriptions. I couldn’t get them the next day and can’t always rely on my mother. I shouldn’t have to. I made my plans based on the text I got from CVS. It doesn’t affect them personally so it doesn’t matter. The big picture” doesn’t matter.nnDefending mediocrity is what matters to them.nnThese businesses need to realize if we don’t walk through their doors, they don’t have jobs. Look at the “1” reviews they have gotten so far. I work in health care and will send patients to another location before I send anyone to them in the future. There is another CVS in the Target not even a mile from them. There is also a Walgreens.

Trying to fill 1 prescription for my 5 year old took 4 calls and on hold for over 2 hours total! They then labeled the dosage for her to only take 5 days, when in reality, she was supposed to take the antibiotics for 10 days. I have tried to call, but apparently they can't be bothered to answer the phone in the pharmacy. I dont know what happened at this location. It used to be a good pharmacy but now it's absolutely AWFUL!! I will not be using them again.

48 hour transfer time. Like what? I worked at a Walgreens Pharmacy and we had a transfer time of 2 hrs. Meijer had mine transferred in less that 5hours. That is absolutely nuts to me. So mad my insurance made me switch. Seriously debating on finding a GoodRx and transferring. I should have listened when people said don’t go to CVS.
