Made my order and realized I messed up the part numbers. Emailed them and immediately got a response first thing the next day. Was as simple as making a call, paying the difference I owed over the phone and my part was on its way. Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and courteous. Wonderful business that I will definitely order from again when the time comes!
Had replace my entire drive shaft due to my center support bearing going bad. For $400 cheaper than a 2 piece replacement drive shaft (that was back ordered) from Dodge, I called Todd at Action on a Thursday morning, and told him I had to be up and running by the following Monday. Action fabricated my DS and had it shipped over night to Texas and arrived on Saturday by noon. I cannot speak enough to their craftsmanship and professionalism. Easy 4 bolt install took me 15 minutes my truck drives better than it ever has!nI could not recommend these guys any higher
