The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude I didn't go past that.
Ryan was extremely helpful from just the 1st call that was even made! He was very courteous efficient and just a pleasant man. The other workers were just as efficient and helpful to. Thank you! When someone is far from home and you need help with car issues it can be very stressful. Paul's Auto Yard was able to ease much of that stress! Excellent service and their prices are reasonable, but especially to one of the workers named Ryan for being a great person, last summer I was looking for some parts and because of how hot the temperature was, I almost dehydrate when I was paying almost no I could talk and I almost lost my strengths and Ryan without knowing me and without thinking offered me a bottle of water and asked me to sit down until I felt better, I can only say thank you Ryan for being a great person that you helped me without knowing me, Just like Ryan I hope there are more heroes without a cape. thanks
It took a while to bring the part that they pulled for us out but the people were very cheerfull and helpfull through the whole process.
The two men in the front one is heavy set white guy sits further down from the door other guy white with a ponytail sits at the door horrible customer service didnt even acknowledge us as customers we had to say something to them they acted like we were not even there... ponytails on the computer like we were not standing there but when I preceded to walk to the yard with my child and her father ponytail had something to say then he jumps up you cant go back there because I had my 3 year old and didn't see the sign but my point is then he acknowledged us...sorry people running your business...
